NEW CLIENTS

MEDICATION MANAGEMENT: To schedule, please use the ‘Contact’ form tab or email hello@affinitypsych.com to request the needed intake documents. Once these documents have been completed, we will get you scheduled with a provider of your choice (who’s wait times could be longer), or the next available medication prescriber, which is usually in less than 2 weeks.
Please note: Medication Management appointments cannot be scheduled using the online scheduling system.

THERAPY: Currently available therapists will appear in this online scheduling system. Appointments listed as ‘call to schedule’ are unavailable. You can review the available clinicians’ profiles by selecting the ‘Our Team’ tab. There you can read about the clinicians’ specialties prior to requesting an appointment. If the provider you’d like to see is not listed, you can email your chosen provider directly to inquire about waitlist options.
