Hello! Medication is such an important piece of the treatment puzzle and you need a provider to who truly “sees” you. Let’s connect if you’re an adult looking for a provider who brings evidence-based practices to the management of mood, trauma, substance use, and ADHD/attention issues.
I received my degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia. After that, a huge part of my formative experience came from several years of living in Montana. This provided such a unique opportunity to explore Native American cultures and traditions; it re-ignited my passions embracing the spirit of diversity and incorporating cultural humility into my practice and personal life.
How I Work
My approach is professional but informal. I am confident in my knowledge and commitment to provide high-quality care, while remaining humbled by the trust my patients place in me as their provider. I want to get to know you, learn and understand your goals, and partner with you to achieve your individual vision of sustained recovery and wellness, through open communication, honesty, and shared-decision making.
What Sets Me Apart As a Psychiatric Provider?
It’s not easy to find a prescriber who can blend holistic practices with evidence-based care. Those groups tend to fight at dinner parties! But I’ve found that this is the key to breaking away from focusing too narrowly on just a mental health diagnosis, which does not define you. And because I believe in the power of holistic healing and develop treatment plans that encompass health and wellness in all those things that make us each unique, patients feel seen. They feel known. I’ve brought these values with me in each place I’ve lived and worked. This lays the groundwork to embrace a spirit of empathy, curiosity, and trust. I’m looking forward to joining you on your path to wellness. Complete the Contact Form on our website, and we’ll get you scheduled right away!
