What Sets Me Apart As a Therapist?
I strongly believe there is no right or wrong way to go through life. Thus, I, therefore, believe there is no right or wrong way to do therapy. We will figure out together what the best style for you is.
I use a lot of humor in session and I’ve got a super loud laugh – I’ve definitely been told I need to keep it down sometimes inside and outside work (I am rarely successfully complying with this)!
You and I will click if you love digging into the deeper stuff and want to experience your world fully. I’m a curious, lifelong learner and if you are too, I’m eager to dive in with you.
People I’m close to would tell you I’ll offer you “no bullshit” advice with a lot of compassion & care. Feeling free, increasing confidence, and dropping shame so you can step into the brightest version of yourself are my biggest goals for you.
