Hannah Jaeger

Hannah Jaeger, MA, LPCC

Hi I’m Hannah Jaeger! I have my MA in Community Mental health from the University of North Dakota. I work with adults and teens, ages 16+ dealing with anxiety, depression, codependency, neurodivergence, developmental and relational trauma.

How I Work

I generally start each session with a check-in, talking with you to find out if there is anything specific you want to address or discuss in the session. My style focuses on building rapport. I find that changes in therapy come from feeling comfortable/vibing with your therapist. Once that rapport is established, we will work together to take a deep dive, navigating to the center of what is really challenging you.

What Sets Me Apart As a Therapist?

I show up as ‘me’ in sessions with my clients. That may look different depending on what the situation (and my clients’ preferences) calls for, including humor & swearing, but always getting straight to the heart of the issue with kindness and compassion. I am a kind, compassionate therapist, but I will be more direct should that fit the situation at hand. I work as hard as I can to create a safe space for each client I work with.
