Hello! I’m Hayley! I’m glad you are here.
I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin Madison and my Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Augsburg College. I spent the first seven years of my career working in schools with students before moving into community mental health. I’m trained in gender affirming care and perinatal mental health, and I work with older teens, young adults, and pregnant people.
How I Work
In our sessions, you’ll find that I bring authenticity, appropriate humor, and a gentle yet direct approach. I will meet you where you are and walk alongside you-supporting your growth while also holding you accountable when needed.
As a therapist, I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can openly express your thoughts and emotions. This environment allows us to explore your concerns and needs while focusing on growth and forward movement. My goal is for you to feel seen, heard, and valued.
What Sets Me Apart As a Therapist?
I take a flexible and adaptive approach to therapy, tailoring each session to meet your individual needs. I strive to create a space that feels supportive and engaging, whether that includes fidgets, snacks, or interactive activities. I offer honesty, not judgment, and work collaboratively with you-not against you. I’m not here to pressure or chase you into change but to meet you where you are and genuinely see you for who you are.
