Our genuine connection underlies your ability to explore yourself and your world with curiosity and gentleness. You and I will work together as partners to decide where to go and how to get there, and you will have control at every step.
I am a life-long learner, and I push myself to absorb the newest and most helpful strategies in the field of therapy. The more I learn, the more I can offer you! I am trained in specialized trauma treatments (EMDR and TF-CBT) to help you heal and move on from your past as quickly as possible, and I am adding new treatments to my practice every day.
