Hi! I’m Martina. I have a master’s degree in social work, and I’m certified as an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families.

If therapy has felt out of reach before, let’s connect and work together to find creative ways to help you grow.

How I Work

In sessions, I use a lot of creativity, flexibility, and collaboration. With kids and teens, this often looks like play, games, crafts, or themed activities that make therapy approachable. With adults, I bring warmth, humor, and practical tools that make space for both reflection and real-world change.

I understand firsthand that everyone’s brain and body work differently and that therapy shouldn’t expect you to fit into one narrow mold. I want therapy to feel like it truly fits you, not the other way around.

My style is engaging and adaptable. You don’t have to show up with all the words or answers. I meet you where you are, whether that means silence, play, deep conversation, or exploring new strategies together.

What Sets Me Apart As a Therapist?

A coworker once called me the “Miss Frizzle of therapy,” and I like to think that’s an accurate description. I bring patience, humor, and creativity into the room, and I’m not afraid to be a little quirky or outside-the-box if it helps therapy feel safe and effective.
