How I Work
The idea of therapy can be scary and overwhelming but it doesn’t have to feel that way! From the very start of the process, I will ensure you feel heard, supported, and accepted. The most important part of therapy is how comfortable you feel with your therapist because that’s what allows you to bring your full self into our work together. Together we will make therapy an equitable experience, where you bring your honesty, openness, and motivation. And on my side, I will bring skills and abilities that I have learned to assist you in your journey. Together we will work to better understand your thoughts, emotions, actions, and the environment you live in. I will utilize a variety of techniques that are tailored to you, your needs, and your goals to help you start living the life you want to live.
