Hi. I’m Sarah-a mental health advocate, a truth empath, and a mother.
I have degrees in psychology, nursing, and family psychiatry and lived experience with adolescent mental health, eating disorders, birth/NICU/medical trauma, and postpartum anxiety. I’ve faced it, survived it, and thrived because of it-and I’ll help you do the same.
I find deep joy in working with adolescents and young adults as they navigate the pivotal transitions that shape identity, independence, and emotional well-being. Whether it’s adjusting to high school or college, managing early career stress, or working through complex interpersonal and family dynamics, I provide a steady, compassionate presence during these transformative years. My goal is to help young people feel seen, supported, and equipped with tools that serve them long beyond treatment.
I also have a strong connection to the perinatal community. As a mother of three, I bring both clinical knowledge and lived experience to my work with individuals during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Supporting patients during this significant season is one of the most meaningful aspects of my practice.
How I Work
In all areas of care, I place each patient at the center of the treatment team. I believe the best outcomes happen when individuals are actively involved in their care and fully informed about their options.
I see you-not a diagnosis. I listen. I teach. I collaborate. No guessing, no eye-rolling, no “because I said so,” just smart human care.
What Sets Me Apart As a Prescriber?
I keep it real, keep it casual, and actually help you make sense of it all. I’m strong in education, fierce in advocacy, and human in everything else.
