Our office is located at 606 25th Ave S, Suite 201, St. Cloud, MN 56301. There is easy and abundant parking at the building. There are two entrance doors, and the door on the north side of the building is the closest to our suite. 

The building and our offices are wheelchair accessible. You can find the elevator halfway down the hall on the first floor. There are gender-neutral restrooms directly beside our suite.

Driving Directions

From the South (Annandale):

  • Follow MN-24 S/Hwy 55 W
  • Turn right onto Oliver Ave NW
  • Turn right onto Pittman Ave NW, continuing onto Co Rd 7
  • Turn left onto Co Rd 142
  • Turn right onto Co Rd 141
  • Turn right onto 43rd Ave
  • Slight right onto Co Rd 136
  • At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto Oak Grove Rd SW, continuing onto Maine Prairie Rd
  • Turn right onto 25th Ave S
  • Turn left into Roosevelt Business Center and find the 606 Building
  • Park outside the 2nd door to the building
  • To get to Suite 201: Come up the stairs immediately inside the door. We’re the first suite on the left, right at the top of the stairs.

From the North (Little Falls):

  • Head south on MN-371
  • Merge straight onto US-10 E
  • Use right lane to turn slightly onto MN-15 S
  • Continue south and take the Roosevelt Rd exit
  • Turn right onto Roosevelt Rd
  • Turn right onto 25th Ave S
  • Turn right into Roosevelt Business Center and find the 606 Building
  • Park outside the 2nd door to the building
  • To get to Suite 201: Come up the stairs immediately inside the door. We’re the first suite on the left, right at the top of the stairs.

From the East (Princeton):

  • Merge onto MN-95 W
  • Slight left onto MN-23 W (into St. Cloud)
  • Continue on MN-23 W as cross-street avenues decrease toward the 20’s
  • Turn left at 25th Ave S
  • Continue just past Roosevelt Rd
  • Turn left into Roosevelt Business Center and find the 606 Building
  • Park outside the 2nd door to the building
  • To get to Suite 201: Come up the stairs immediately inside the door. We’re the first suite on the left, right at the top of the stairs.

From the West (Avon)

  • Merge onto I-94 E
  • Take exit 167A-167B to merge onto MN-15 N toward St. Cloud
  • Turn right onto 2nd St S
  • Turn right onto 25th Ave S
  • Turn left into Roosevelt Business Center and find the 606 Building.
  • Park outside the 2nd door to the building.
  • To get to Suite 201: Come up the stairs immediately inside the door. We’re the first suite on the left, right at the top of the stairs.

St. Cloud – directly accessible from metrobus routes 3 and 11 (Bus Frequency – every 15-20 min)

Metrobus Route 11:

  • Hop on route 11 and get off at 25th Ave S & Maine Praire Rd
  • This stop is directly across the street from Affinity

MetroBus Route 3:

  • Get off at 25th Ave S & Bo Diddley’s
  • Walk on 25th Ave S across Roosevelt
  • Affinity will be ahead on the left
