Liz is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who provides individual therapy to clients (11+), adolescents, and adults. She encourages the balance of sharing joy and working through difficult times together. Liz is compassionate, encouraging, supportive, transparent, and strengths based. Liz believes in a safe therapeutic space and that therapy is not, “one size fits all.”

Natalie Taber is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She works with adults and has an explicitly anti-racist and decolonizing perspective. She enjoys working with clients who have identities that are de-centered in the dominant culture. Natalie believes that feeling seen and heard by your therapist in a non-judgmental and nurturing space, a space where all of you is welcome, is essential for the work of healing. She brings a gentle yet direct approach to the partnerships with her clients in working to explore challenges and move towards change.
