Karen is a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in both Minnesota and North Dakota with over 20 years of experience working as a psychotherapist and life coach. She has worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including: depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD, and PTSD. She has also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma and/or emotional/sexual abuse.

Sheri is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who has been serving children and adults for over 20 years. Sheri specializes in trauma and primarily provides EMDR to adolescents and adults who struggle with a wide range of mental health issues such as PTSD, chronic pain, unhealthy addictions/behaviors, depression, and anxiety. Sheri offers a calm, soothing experience with a mix of candor and humor.
