She has worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including: depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD, and PTSD. She has also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma and/or emotional/sexual abuse.

Sheri specializes in trauma and provides EMDR to adolescents and adults who struggle with mental health issues such as PTSD, chronic pain, unhealthy addictions/behaviors, depression, and anxiety. Sheri offers a calm, soothing experience with a mix of candor and humor.
David is a board certified nurse practitioner with extensive experience in behavioral health, substance abuse, and pain management in adult populations. He appreciates the opportunity to learn about the unique path each of his patients has been on and working with them towards the accomplishment of their individualized goals.

Natalie believes that feeling seen and heard by your therapist in a non-judgmental and nurturing space. She brings a gentle yet direct approach to the partnerships with her clients to move towards change.
