Kelsey (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who works with adult individuals. She provides a warm, safe environment for clients to show up as they are and meet them where they are at. She enjoys collaborating with her clients to individualize their experiences and help empower them to live as their authentic selves.
Steven Ringsmuth Stolpman is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. He believes that most people who say they want to get better can if they have a safe place to express their needs. He welcomes clients ages 13 – 65 years old to meet and see if this can be that place for them.
Scott is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who provides individual therapy to teens (15+) and adults. Scott believes in meeting people where they are at in their mental health journey. His style of therapy would be described as warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative.
Amy is enthusiastic, down-to-earth, and truly enjoys the privilege of doing therapy. She works with individual adults to get off auto-pilot and start living purposefully. She enjoys incorporating humor into the therapeutic process, as she believes it is healing.
Emily is a clinical social worker who works with teens, adults, and families. She works from a neuro-affirming standpoint and specializes in working with ADHD and Autism. She also has extensive training and experience working with trauma.
Rebecca is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who works with adolescents and young adults. She is a person-centered, strengths-based therapist who utilizes empowerment and an integrative approach to lead clients to happier and healthier lives.
Barb is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, families and children. Barb is compassionate and collaborative in her approach to therapy, bringing life experience and training together in her approach. She will help you explore your challenges, grow in your ability to manage conflict, and set healthy boundaries.
Sammy is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who works with children (11+), individuals, couples and adult family members. Sammy brings curiosity and creativity to each session, where he specializes in the Gottman Method, DBT, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and substance abuse.
Karen is a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in both Minnesota and North Dakota. She has worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including: depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD, and PTSD. She has also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma and/or emotional/sexual abuse.
Brianna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works primarily with adults. No matter if substance use, family concerns, improved self awareness or wanting a fresh start brings you to this office, she is glad you are here! Brianna fosters a uniquely warm, compassionate and empathetic space for us to begin a journey of healing and self discovery!
